My husband uses the L'Complexion cream and yes it helps with both bumps and abrasions. I've noticed softness to his skin ever since he started using the L'Complexion. And his skin looks clean and fresh.

Every now and then I share it with him, but lately he asked me to order my own. Any way, I have been using it only on my face to remove my makeup and also wear it as a masque overnight and my skin is flawless. Once again I'm not going to say much so I will say try it yourselves. My husband loves it and I loveeee it. Yes I use Petroleum jell also. My consultant recommended it for me due to the dry season.
